After nearly a year cooking over open fire in Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico, our passion for farm-to-table cuisine truly came to life and we learned to highlight the true character of each ingredient and built relationships with local farmers and producers in our region.
Our love for open-fire cooking grew quickly, and we poured our time and passion into master this craft. We made the decision to plant roots in San Diego CA. Guided by our passion and experience, we brought to life "One Table Fire Dining Events & Catering" where we focus on bringing our passion for open fire cooking to our clients' backyard. One Table focus on bringing true love for open-fire cooking into our clients backyards. We believe food is best enjoyed in an intimate setting—which is why we strive to serve every meal at one communal table, whether it’s for 4 or 200 guests.
We create an entire experience from custom menus, onsite cooking, and setting up our beautiful farm tables. We want our guests to experience the process and connect with their food. Our goal is to remind people that food doesn't have to be complicated to be meaningful. Sometimes the simplest ingredients, prepared with intention, create the most memorable meals.
